What is this site all about?

The Salvationist Directory is an informal list of contact information for friends and members of The Salvation Army around the world. It is like an online phone or address book. Its purpose is to encourage Christian community among Salvationists worldwide.    Add an entry    Update an entry    Lost password or old e-mail

What do I use it for?

You can use the Directory to find people you know or make new friends. You can see who has signed up in the last week, search for people by last name, browse through all the names alphabetically, or search for people by specific fields like all students who would like to be pen pals. You can also see who has signed up from different countries.

Getting started

If you don't remember if you put your information in the Directory, you can search for your name. If you are not in there, then you can go ahead and sign up.

Lost password or old e-mail:

If your name is in the Directory, but you don't remember your username or password, you can get them e-mailed to you as long as your e-mail address is still the same. If your e-mail address is wrong and you can't log in, you can ask the system administrator to change your account e-mail. So that the admin will know which account to change, please mention your old e-mail address.

To add your entry if you're not already in the Directory:

	Click on Sign up.
	Fill out the form and click Register.
	Log in.
	Your User ID and password will be filled in for you. Click Login.
	Click on Add a new entry.
	Fill out the form and click ADD. Your entry will not be visible until it gets approved in order to keep objectionable content from getting into the Directory.
	If you like the Directory, why not tell a friend.

To update your entry:

	Click on Add or make changes to your entry
	Enter your User ID and password and click Login If you forgot your User ID or password, you can have them e-mailed to you.
	Click on the edit icon next to the entry you wish to update.
	Make your changes and click EDIT. Your changed entry will not be visible until it gets approved in order to keep objectionable content from getting into the Directory.
